Jack and Elijah are HERE!!!

About a month ago our close friends Matt and Michelle finally welcomed Jack and Elijah into the world! I cannot get over how sweet and handsome both boys are and during our first shoot I loved their uniquely different personalities. Both have a headful of blond hair (sure to come from Michelle) and mischievious little grins (a sure trademark of Matt). Enjoy some shots from Michelle's Maternity shoot and the baby's first of 4 photo shoots.

Katherine and Nick are Married!

Probably one of the cutest ring bearers I've met! He was so sweet!

This is incredible! The pendant below has been used in every female's wedding in Katherine's family for generations. If I remember correctly it began with her great-great-grandmother (please correct me if I'm wrong). Such a sweet sentiment!



I know I have a bit of blogging to catch up on now that the site has finally launched, but I promise it is worth the wait!

Last weekend we were honored to be commissioned for Katherine and Nick's big day! I loved working with them both, as they truly had an appreciation for photography and were troopers through it all. The cold weather was a teeeny bit unexpected, but they were such good sports and it truly shows! Thanks again guys, I've loved working with you and your family!

Baby Dalen!

Dalen's first shoot was so much fun! I couldn't decide which was more adorable, his huge eyes or his flirtatious little smile!!! Megan and Mario were wonderful--as always its such a pleasure to catch up with them! Thanks again guys, and I'm excited to capture his first year with you all!

Nicole and Josh Tied the Knot!

Nicole and Josh were adorable on their big day! I had a hard time narrowing down just a few favorites--there were so many wonderful moments! I have truly enjoyed working with them these past few months and their attention to detail is what made their big day absolutely spectacular. Their ceremony was held at the Lookout Mountain Baptist Church and their reception took place at the ever-beautiful Fairyland Club. It was also a pleasure working with Megan from A Moment in Time in Cleveland--her team was wonderful! You may remember her swanky maternity pictures back in August.

Thanks again Nicole and Josh--you two are terrific together and we wish you all the best!

Ryan Proposed!

Okay, now this to be one of my favorite assignments yet!!!! In honor of Valentines Day, I wanted to share what I've been up to and I'm honored to say that for the last month I have been part of a scheme that would make any girl's heart melt!

Ryan recently contacted us to cover the actual proposal that he had been planning. When the big day finally arrived Ryan took his girlfriend Amy to a stunning overlook at the top of Ruby Falls to just "hang out". Meanwhile he had also arranged for a plane to fly by with a banner guaranteed to make Amy gasp! The timing was perfect and her reaction was so great--you could hear her squeal all the way to the parking lot! All the while I was one level above, capturing these unforgettable moments while laying low.

I was so thrilled for both of them and I look forward to working with them in the future! Congratulations Amy and Ryan!

Carter

Carter is such an adorable baby! We did a 6 month shoot not long ago and I couldn't stop giggling at how cute he is! He loved all the attention and was such a good sport through it all. Just check out those smiles!

And Puppy Makes 3!

I can't believe its taken me so long to post this....but I wanted to officially introduce the newest member of our little family! Meet Nala, puppy-extraordinaire!

About 3 weeks ago we adopted this little black bundle of energy. She couldn't be more well-behaved (although the kitchen rug has suffered and was finally laid to rest last night) and she loves long naps and giving sloppy puppy kisses. I can't get over how fast she is growing up though. I'm sure I'll post more later...Happy Tuesday!
